- If I like a driver, how long before I can hire the driver permanently?
- Staffmark Transportation's typical conversion period is 960 hours before a customer can hire a driver sourced by Staffmark.
- When hiring a driver, are there any costs other than the bill rate?
- Staffmark Transportation's bill rate covers all costs including payroll and burden. If you hire one of our drivers after the 960-hour conversion period, there is a $250 fee.
- Does Staffmark Transportation provide benefits to their drivers?
- We have one of the most competitive benefit programs in the staffing industry. Staffmark Transportation offers a number of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation pay, and short-term disability. We also offer direct deposit and a CashPay card option as well.
- Can Staffmark Transportation provide drivers on a short notice or after hours?
- To meet the needs of our customers, Staffmark Transportation operates a 24-hour service. We can dispatch drivers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
