When I complete all this paperwork am I guaranteed a job?

Staffmark Transportation will work as hard as we can to find a job that fits your qualifications and career objectives.

I have less than a year of driving experience, but have my certificate from a truck driving school. Can I drive for Staffmark Transportation?

In order to meet the specific needs of our customers, Staffmark Transportation has very high standards. We require at least one year of driving experience before we can place you.

I have not driven in over a year, but I have many years of experience. Can I drive for Staffmark Transportation?

While we prefer you have driven within the last year, depending on your total years of experience and the type of certification you have, we may be able to place you.

Does Staffmark Transportation offer benefits?

We have one of the most competitive benefit programs in the staffing industry. Staffmark Transportation offers a number of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation pay, and short-term disability. We also offer direct deposit and a CashPay card option as well.

Do you report to DAC services?

Yes, Staffmark Transportation reports to DAC.

Do I have to accept an assignment if I do not want to?

Staffmark Transportation only contacts our drivers with positions that fit your skills, experience, and objectives. However, you are not required to accept any assignment if it does not meet your needs.

How often will I be paid?

Staffmark Transportation pays our drivers weekly.

Are there any fees associated with using Staffmark Transportation?

Staffmark Transportation does not charge a fee to our drivers.

What if I do not like an assignment?

If you do not like an assignment, notify Staffmark Transportation and we will do our best to find you another assignment.

Do you train drivers?

Staffmark Transportation does not offer a driver training program. We require all applicants to have certification and at least one year of experience.

How much experience do you require?

Staffmark Transportation requires at least one to two years of experience depending on the state in which you are applying.
